My experience wasn’t outstanding. The staff, including Dr. K, were kind, professional, and made sure I was comfortable during my initial assessment. However, the process itself was confusing. When I completed the online form, it asked whether I had insurance. I do, so I was under the impression that the procedure would be covered. I later learned that they do not accept insurance at all. Because of that, I had to choose a treatment option strictly within my budget. I also had to push back when an implant was suggested, since it would have been far outside what I could afford. If I clearly state that my maximum budget is $300 a month for 12 months—and that I want my patient responsibility to be $0.00 because I already pay for dental insurance—I expect options below that amount. Instead, I was presented with plans $414.00-468.00 per month. I take responsibility for not researching more thoroughly beforehand, especially regarding which clinics accept insurance. I was excited to find a Riverview clinic advertising affordable options on Facebook, and I went in blind. Now I have to do the extra work of submitting claims for reimbursement on my own. Best dental experience I’ve ever had. Everyone in this office is so kind and actually cares about the person in the chair and not just about getting you in and out as fast as possible. I would recommend Dr. Poulson to everyone! Thank you team for the support and the smile I have the courage of sharing today!

Went in because I needed attention to my teeth. I have trauma being at several dentist that didn't take good care of me. Best Value Dentures and their staff did. The dentist explained what I needed and why, not sugar coating, and not scaring me. Ary explained my dental & financial options which were quite a few. I was surprised. I was very nervous going in, still nervous going out (smile). Now, I have a solid plan to finally take care of ME for a change. Thanks BVD!

The whole staff there was incredibly friendly For a receptionist to the x-ray tech to the dentist and lastly sitting with Veronica going over all my options and at no point that I feel embarrassed. .It was a very warm and welcome experience as you walk through the door.and on then way out
